What is ActorsInsite?

ActorsInsite is an online tool that helps actors connect with and learn from leading Casting Directors, Agents & Talent Managers. The Industry Professionals that you choose personally watch your reels and self-taped performances and send you detailed feedback on your work.

Will Casting Directors, Agents and Managers have access to my contact information if they want to meet with me?

Yes!

Who else will be able to view my Actor Profile and videos?

All of the Industry Professionals that we partner with can search our database of actors.

How many Industry Guests appear on the Guest Schedule?

ActorsInsite features between 5-8 leading Industry Guests per month. We guarantee that 2 new Industry Guests will be added to the Guest Schedule monthly.

What is the deadline for submitting my video(s)?

Submissions for our Industry Guests will be accepted at any time during the month that they appear on the schedule.

What kind of material is okay to submit?

Demo Reels, Self Tapes & Showcase performances (film/TV sides, monologues, multi-character scenes, and clips from existing videos of performances are all accepted)

Will Casting Directors, Agents and Managers have access to my contact information if they want to meet with me?

Yes! They will watch your video on a page that has access to your entire ActorsInsite profile, including your resume, all the headshots you've uploaded and your contact info.

When will I receive my feedback?

The average turaround time runs 2 weeks. Often, you will receive your feedback much sooner. The absolute deadline we give our Industry Guests is one month from your submission date. We try to give them a flexible timeline since they tend to be extremely busy. You will be notified by e-mail when your feedback is ready. Feedback will appear in the “Feedback” section of your Actor Profile. A complete list of all of your feedback remains there as long as you remain active on the site.

Why doesn’t the site look or work right on my computer?

ActorsInsite has been road tested on the latest versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. If you are using an older version of one of these browsers and are having trouble, please upgrade to the most current version. If you are having technical difficulties with any of our supported browsers, please contact us at support@actorsinsite.com and we’ll be happy to help you out.

Are my submissions auditions for work?

ActorsInsite is intended for educational and networking purposes only. Video submissions are not auditions, nor do they guarantee employment opportunities.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

You can log into your PayPal account and cancel the subscription yourself. If you need help doing that, please contact us at support@actorsinsite.com.

What happens to my profile if I cancel?

We encourage you to continue to use the service as a GUEST once you are no longer a MEMBER. And your profile (info, headshots, resume, video and all feedback) will remain in place indefinitely as long as you participate as a guest. However, we reserve the right to delete any GUEST account after a period of inactivity of three months.
