Melanie is currently the Founder/Head of Casting at Forchetti Casting, LLC in Savannah, GA where she has already cast principals, supporting roles, and background for a major studio feature along with numerous movies for Lifetime. She also casts talent for commercials, print work, and voiceovers.

After graduating from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Acting, Melanie worked in Los Angeles at the top talent & literary agency, Writers & Artists, where she was a contracts administrator, liaising between the studios and the agency’s clients throughout all contractual negotiations on films and television shows. She then worked at The Firm, an A-List talent management company, handling the careers of celebrities including Teri Hatcher, Samuel L. Jackson, and Anthony LaPaglia among many others.

Melanie then went on to run Mike Lemon Casting for seven years in Philadelphia, PA as the Head of Casting. She cast thousands of projects including feature films, TV Shows, commercials, music videos, print jobs and voiceovers. Some of the feature films she did principal casting for included “Voiceless,” which won Best Picture at both the California Film Festival and Northeast Film Festival along with 7 other wins/nominations and “Career Opportunities in Organized Crime” which was the first Virtual Reality feature film to ever be shot. A short she cast entitled “Understanding” won Best Reader Award 2016 from Kodak. She has also cast TV hosts for QVC, NBC, Animal Planet, PBS, along with the PA Announcer for the Eagles. 

Brian Twohig is a Talent Manager at Roger Paul Inc., a boutique management company located in the heart of New York City, with bicoastal reach. Brian has a passion for working alongside actors and helping them cultivate their careers. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and a Master's degree in Business Administration. Prior to becoming a Talent Manager at Roger Paul Inc., Brian worked in the world of academia as a Research Assistant and interned at other talent management companies. 

Elana recently opened up her own management company in Atlanta called East West Management in association with Howard Entertainment out of Los Angeles. She was a talent manager for 14 years at Howard Entertainment. Elana then moved to Atlanta 11 years ago, where she was a talent agent at Atlanta Models and Talent and then Houghton Talent. She has also worked as the casting director for Lantern Audiobooks.  She started her career in production working for the producer Lynda Obst and moved into representation a year and half later. Elana was born and raised in Los Angeles, California.

Alexis Walker is a Talent Manager at Entertainment Lab. Previous positions: Jr. Agent at the Jackson Agency, Mentee in the CSA Mentorship Program, and Jennifer Ajemian Casting. She holds a Bachelor of Fine and Applied Arts Degree from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Joined the Entertainment Lab team in 2021.
